Le Phoenix\u00a9 est couvert par la garantie pour une p\u00e9riode d\u2019UN (1) AN contre tout d\u00e9faut de fabrication et de main-d\u2019\u0153uvre au moment o\u00f9 il quitte notre usine. Cette garantie ne couvre pas l\u2019usure normale ou abusive, un entretien insuffisant ou inad\u00e9quat, la d\u00e9coloration des finis et les \u00e9tiquettes, la corrosion due \u00e0 l\u2019utilisation d\u2019agents chimiques ou naturels, incluant ceux utilis\u00e9s pour le nettoyage.<\/span>.<\/p>\n

En aucune circonstance PHOENIX - 10545996 CANADA INC. ne sera tenue responsable ou redevable de tout autre dommage direct ou indirect, incluant notamment, mais non exhaustivement : les pertes de b\u00e9n\u00e9fices ou de revenus r\u00e9sultant de ou se rapportant \u00e0 tout d\u00e9faut dans les produits couverts par cette garantie ou \u00e0 quelque utilisation de tels produits par le propri\u00e9taire ou par toute autre personne, ou \u00e0 tout retard dans le respect de cette garantie d\u00fb \u00e0 des circonstances hors du contr\u00f4le de PHOENIX - 10545996 CANADA INC.<\/span><\/div>\n

Les modifications aux produits ou le remplacement des pi\u00e8ces \u00e0 usure normales, tels que le distributeur de savon et le distributeur de papier ne sont pas couverts par la garantie.<\/span><\/p>\n

Toute tentative de r\u00e9paration ou modification des produits Phoenix\u00a9 invalide de fa\u00e7on permanente l\u2019ensemble de la garantie.<\/span><\/p>\n

Tout remplacement de pi\u00e8ces n'aura pas pour effet de prolonger la dur\u00e9e de la garantie ou de la modifier. La garantie d'origine se poursuivra selon les termes, les conditions et la p\u00e9riode restante, le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant.<\/span><\/p>\n

PHOENIX - 10545996 CANADA INC. se r\u00e9serve le droit de cesser en tout temps de fabriquer un produit ou une composante. Dans un tel cas, la compagnie pourra \u00e0 sa discr\u00e9tion soit remplacer le produit d\u00e9fectueux par un produit similaire ou semblable, soit accorder au client un cr\u00e9dit \u00e9quivalent au prix pay\u00e9 par ce dernier pour la composante.
